On Tuesday, October 3, 2023 the Lake Minnetonka Chapter awarded a Quilt of Valor to Vietnam Veteran Tom Nelson, family friend of several of our chapter members. The ceremony took place at the American Legion in Excelsior Minnesota, where Tom grew up. Tom enlisted in the Army in 1969, and served in various capacities until
